The central bank sells 14 million dollars from 50 million offered at a public auction

The Central Bank of Yemen in the capital, Aden, announced today, the results of the auction No. 5 of the current year, and confirmed the sale of 14 million and 209 thousand dollars, out of a total of 50 million, which were displayed at the auction, and at a exchange rate of 2304 riyals per US dollar.
The Central Bank said, in a statement, that "7 participants applied for auction number" 5/2025 "to sell 50 million dollars, and the number of advanced bidding was 10, all of them were accepted," noting that the percentage of requests submitted from the auction amount reached 28%, While the percentage of acceptable applications of total applications reached 100%.
