Yemen is among the countries covered by increasing American customs duties by 10%

The administration of US President Donald Trump included Yemen on the list of countries covered by new customs duties, which included more than 200 countries, islands and region.
Yemen’s share of these fees was 10 percent, which is the lowest percentage that included most of the Arab countries except Syria (40 percent), Iraq (39 percent), Jordan (20 percent), Tunisia (28 percent), Algeria (30 percent) and Libya (31 percent).
The new customs duties have sparked a wave of global discontent, especially from the major industrialized countries such as China, the European Union, Korea and Japan, amid pledges to respond to it.
