The Supreme Judicial Council approves the assignment of a number of judges to the Aden courts and lifts immunity from others

The Supreme Judicial Council held its regular meeting, today, in the temporary capital, Aden, headed by the President of the Council, Judge Mohsen Yahya Talib.
The Council decided to assign a number of judges to the Aden courts, namely Judge Ahmed Numan Muhammad Al-Hamis, a member of the Second Criminal Appeals Division in Aden, Judge Wadih Ibrahim Abdullah Khaled, a reserve member in the Aden Court of Appeal, and Judge Marwan Muhammad Salem Al-Saqqaf, a judge in the Commercial Court. of first instance, and Judge Muhammad Qasim Suleiman Faraj is a judge in the Commercial Court of First Instance,
At its meeting, the Council approved lifting the immunity of a number of judges for committing disciplinary violations, and referring one of the judges to retirement upon his request.
The Council also considered a number of grievances submitted to it and took appropriate decisions regarding them.
The Council discussed the topics on its agenda, and approved its previous minutes.
