Citizens in the Al-Mualla District in the capital, Aden, crowded together this morning to buy iced fish called “brome,” as the prices of these fish are cheap, in contrast to the prices of fresh ones in the supermarkets and markets of Aden.
New stores have been created in a number of districts of the capital, Aden, that sell these frozen fish in clean pieces and scales of various types of fish, provided to citizens upon request at cheap prices sufficient for them and their families to cook a lunch served on their homes every day at noon, after they stumbled upon providing fresh fish meals due to their exaggerated prices.
It is worth noting that these brome fish are distinguished by their deliciousness and good taste and are sold to citizens for the price of half a kilo of pure fish without peel, for an amount of 4400 riyals.
Brum fish is named after the name of the company (BURUM) that manufactured it
