The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for the Human and Financial Resources Sector, Major General Abdullah Yahya Jaber, denied the existence of any security tension in the General Office of the Ministry of Interior, stressing that no buildings or offices in the General Office of the Ministry in the capital, Aden, were stormed.

Jaber said that what was circulated in the media about security tension at the ministry’s office is untrue, and that these news are merely lies and rumors through which some parties seek to destabilize security and stability in the country.

Jaber called on the media to ensure accuracy and objectivity in reporting news, and not to spread rumours.
