The Public Prosecution in Sayun, Hadramaut Governorate, this morning, Tuesday, implemented the legal retaliation ruling against the convict, Tariq Muhammad Naji Al-Nasari, who was convicted of intentionally killing the victim, Ali Hussein Muhammad Hadna.

The sentence was executed by firing squad after the blood relatives refused to pardon, under the supervision of the Chief Prosecutor of the Seiyun Appeals Prosecution, Judge Muhammad Awad bin Ali Al-Hajj.

 The ruling was issued by the Thamud Court of First Instance in 2022 and was upheld by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and this step comes within the framework of the Public Prosecution’s efforts to implement retribution rulings quickly and effectively.
