Tribal and military efforts in Yafa led to ending a murder case that occurred years ago in Wadi Bana, as it was announced today, Tuesday, September 3, 2024 AD, that the case had ended with pardon and tolerance by the father of the victim, Muhammad Ahmed Al-Ukaimi.
The murder case occurred by mistake at a wedding and led to the killing of Saif Muhammad Al-Ukaimi. The issue was resolved thanks to the efforts of the Commander of the Third Brigade, National Shield, Commander Yasser Abu Ammar, and the Third Brigade Supply Staff, Mazen Al-Sulaimani, with the participation of prominent military and tribal figures.
In the reconciliation ceremony, Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Jahouri submitted a request for pardon to the father of the victim on behalf of Wasel Madin Al-Sulaimani, who caused the accident, stressing the great hope for the family’s tolerance. For his part, Sheikh Nayef Al-Ukaimi expressed his thanks and appreciation to everyone who contributed to resolving the case, noting that the attendance and efforts made were appreciated and respected.
The victim's father expressed his gratitude for the efforts made and the emphasis on brotherly ties, declaring his complete forgiveness for the person who caused the accident.
It is worth noting that the leadership of the Third Brigade, Shield of the Nation, played a pivotal role in this humanitarian initiative, which emphasizes the spirit of tolerance and cooperation among the people of the South.
The reconciliation ceremony witnessed the presence of a number of prominent military and civilian figures in the region.
