The Houthi group, which has come to control the Yemenia Airlines administration in Sanaa, operated a civilian flight on Thursday morning without prior permission from the Jordanian authorities.
The Jordanian authorities forced the plane to turn around because it had not obtained prior permission to arrive.
A source working for Yemenia Airlines said that the plane returned to Sanaa amid the risk of running out of fuel in addition to problems suffered by the engine of the plane that took off.
The incident represented a great disregard by the Houthi group for the lives of passengers and a continuation of the great tampering that the group has been practicing for months with Yemenia Airlines.
