Al-Qutaybi Islamic Microfinance Bank, today, Thursday, launched the disbursement of financial dues to military and security employees who were removed from their jobs in the southern governorates, numbering more than 34 thousand beneficiaries, in an amount of more than 9 billion riyals.
During the inauguration, the Executive Vice President of Al-Qutaybi Islamic Bank, Muhammad Al-Qutaybi, expressed his happiness with the smooth and smooth process of disbursing financial dues to employees dismissed from their jobs, stressing the bank’s management’s keenness to continue providing this service with the same efficiency through all its branches and agents.
Al-Qutaybi thanked the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank for the facilities they provided to the bank, which contributed greatly to facilitating the disbursement process for the beneficiaries.
An official source in the Ministry of Finance said in a press statement yesterday, “The start of the process of disbursing the entitlements of military and security employees who have been removed from their jobs comes after the completion of the technical committee, which included representatives of the ministries of Finance, Civil Service, Insurance, Defense, Interior, and the Central Organization for Control and Accounting.” Its tasks included reviewing the beneficiaries’ statements and the extent to which the conditions for disbursing their financial dues were met, out of concern to alleviate their living suffering in light of the current difficult circumstances in which the country is experiencing.
In turn, a member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Abdul Rahman Al-Muharami, blessed the process of starting the payment of the entitlements of military and security employees forcibly removed from their jobs in the southern governorates, describing it as “a positive step that was long overdue.”
Al-Muharrami confirmed in a post on his official account on the “X” Twitter platform yesterday evening, that this decision comes as a culmination of continuous efforts made by the various parties concerned, calling on all concerned parties to work seriously and with dedication to provide justice to all members of the military and security corps, and to address the outstanding issues. Achieving justice for all those affected.
