Cars sank in the center of the city of Al-Ghaydah, as the rain intensified, and the torrents besieged citizens in the Mahifif, Shahhouh and Al-Ibri areas in Al-Mahra Governorate.
Disaster officials in the Red Crescent considered the situation catastrophic in Mahifif, noting the inability of civil defense vehicles and Red Crescent emergency teams to transport families and break the siege on them.
