The report indicated that the Houthi militia kidnapped 2,780 people, including 366 forcibly disappeared, and 132 were subjected to psychological and physical torture, indicating that its team recorded 2,691 attacks on public and private civilian objects in the governorate, resulting in 714 punitive damages to civilian homes; As a result of indiscriminate bombing, 346 homes were completely damaged.
The report condemned the siege imposed by the militia on some cities and villages in Al-Bayda Governorate, the use of excessive force, targeting villages and isolation with random projectiles such as Katyusha rockets, artillery, mortar shells and drones, which led to the displacement of 80,649 families in 16 districts of the governorate, and this resulted in a deterioration of the humanitarian situation.
