The Criminal Court recently issued a death sentence for the killers of Sheikh Abdul Rahman Marei.
On August 11, the Specialized Criminal Court in Aden, headed by His Eminence Judge Yahya Muhammad Al-Shuaibi, held its second session to consider the case of the assassination of Sheikh Abdul Rahman Marai Al-Adani, founder of the Dar Al-Hadith Center in Al-Fayyoush.
During the session, the defendants, Muhammad Ali Abdullah Al-Asbaihi and Khaled Ali Yaslam Al-Subaihi, were summoned, and their presence was confirmed, in addition to the presence of Ibrahim Mar’i, the victim’s son, who represents the Awliya’ Al-Amri, and the Awliya’ Al-Amri’s lawyer, Mr. Saleh Al-Amiri, was also present.
p>The Specialized Criminal Court in Aden, headed by Judge Yahya Muhammad Al-Saeedi, in its session held today, Monday, issued a death sentence against those accused of the assassination of Sheikh Abdul Rahman Marei Al-Adani.
The judicial ruling ruled to convict Muhammad Ali Abdullah Al-Asbahi and Khaled Ali Salem Al-Subaihi of what was attributed to them in the indictment, and to punish them with the death penalty.
The sentencing hearing was attended by Judge Abdullah Lasur, the deputy criminal prosecutor, the lawyer for the blood relatives, and the defendants’ lawyer.
