The security services in Abyan Governorate, from the security forces and the Security Belt, and after careful follow-ups and direct directives from the governorate’s security director, and according to the operational report dated 9/13/2024 AD, which reported the presence of an unknown body buried in the Al-Jawf area, west of Lawdar District, discovered the circumstances of this crime. After the arrest of the perpetrator called/(H, S, X).
The discovery of this crime came after the landing of a joint security force by the security forces and the Security Belt, led by Commander Baligh Dahms and Commander Shabis Al-Oud, and cordoning off the location of the body until the forensic evidence and criminal investigation team arrived, who in turn transported the body to Lawdar Hospital and from there to Aden Governorate. After research and investigation, it became clear that the body was that of an African expatriate. After that, the security services continued to collect information, monitor and track until they also found out who buried him and arrested him yesterday, September 14, 2024, near the displaced persons’ camp on the coastal line, by the emergency security forces of Lawdar, led by Commander/Shabes Al-Oud, who confessed to this, justifying that the victim was suffering from an illness and died and was buried by communicating with his family. However, the agencies were not satisfied with these confessions until the forensic evidence report appeared on the cause of death and to find out whether there was a criminal element in this, as well as communicating with the competent authorities to communicate with His family so that his family can obtain all his rights and follow up on those who caused his death and buried him in a suspicious manner away from the knowledge of the security services. This is another crime for which everyone who caused this will be held accountable except for those who were arrested or those who will be prosecuted after the confessions of those who buried him.
It is worth noting that this is the second incident that was revealed by the security services after the presence of a similar buried body in the same area of an African expatriate who was found shot dead two years ago. The security services came to know its circumstances, but it later became clear that there was subservience between these gangs in such crimes and that those who were executed were overthrown. His arrest exposed the crimes of those criminal gangs that do not care about humanitarian or religious matters other than the culture of making money, but the security services will pursue them one by one.
The security services warn anyone proven to be involved in the process of smuggling Africans and punish him by confiscating his car, especially after those operations in which smugglers were involved in inhumane operations that violate Sharia and the law, reaching the point of murder, rape, and drug smuggling, including what was seized by the security services earlier. Yesterday, through the valiant qualitative operations of the security services forces in Abyan Governorate, from the security forces and the Abyan Heroes Belt.
