Commander Abdul Rahman Al-Muharrami, a member of the Presidential Command Council, today, Tuesday, assigned a team to go to the Free Zone Security Department in the capital, Aden.
During its visit to the headquarters of the Free Zone Security Department, the assigned team, headed by Dr. Abdul Salam Qaed, Brigadier General Ali Al-Jahouri, Colonel Jaafar Al-Kalouli, and Engineer Abdullah Alawi Al-Awlaki, conveyed to Brigadier Jamal Dayan the congratulations and blessings of the member of the Leadership Council “Al-Muharrami” on the occasion of his appointment as General Director of the Security Department.
The team also indicated that the process of change in the security administration of the Aden Free Zone comes in line with the established principle of job rotation in military institutions, which aims to renew blood and develop competencies.
Praise the efforts made by the previous administration for the security of the Aden Free Zone under the leadership of Brigadier General Abdul Salam Al-Omari, especially in light of the difficult circumstances that the country went through.
Commander Al-Muharrami, through the words of the team, called on the leaders and security personnel of the free zone to support their new director, Brigadier General Dayan, assume their national responsibilities and contribute to the development of this vital edifice.
During its landing - which was approved - the committee witnessed the presence of a committee to supervise by the Ministry of Interior to complete the handover and receipt process between the previous and current port commands, headed by Major General Mohammed Musaed Al-Amir, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for the Security and Police Sector, where the committee expressed its thanks and appreciation to Commander Al-Muharrami for his continuous follow-up. And his support to the Ministry in implementing the tasks assigned to it.
For his part, Brigadier General Jamal Dayan reviewed the state of the port’s infrastructure equipment, and the requirements and future plans that would advance the work of the Free Zone Security Department, which came primarily from the need to provide a headquarters for the Free Zone Security Department.
After that, the assigned team, accompanied by Brigadier General Jamal Dayan, undertook a comprehensive inspection tour of the external areas of the port, with the aim of evaluating the possibility of exploiting them to build a new headquarters for the free zone security department.
