The police of the Sayun District in the Hadhramout Valley and Desert Governorate referred to the Public Prosecution several defendants in cases of defrauding citizens of large sums of money for the purpose of establishing an investment company and opening a digital currency project.

The Seiyun police received a report from a citizen about three people who defrauded him by taking sums of money from him amounting to 493 thousand Saudi riyals and 130 thousand dollars for the purpose of establishing an investment company in exchange for obtaining profits in trade and real estate. The police were able to arrest the first of them, named (G. M, G), the other is called (F, M, Sh), and the third is called (F, S, R). The legal procedures have been completed.

The police were also able to arrest a person named (W, A, D) accused of defrauding a citizen in the amount of 24 thousand US dollars for the purpose of opening a digital currency project. The legal procedures were completed and they were referred to the Public Prosecution to receive their just punishment.
