The local leadership of the Southern Transitional Council in the Buraiqa District in the capital, Aden, concluded yesterday, Wednesday, the awareness campaign “Protecting Students from Negative Phenomena and the Risks of Extremism” in the District’s schools, which is being held under the auspices of the Thought and Guidance Department of the Council’s General Secretariat.
Salah al-Din High School witnessed the conclusion of the campaign that was launched earlier this week, where Sheikh Muhammad al-Masahri gave an awareness lecture in which he urged students to emulate virtuous morals and good treatment, avoid negatives, abominations, and evils of all kinds, and avoid mixing with bad companions.
Al-Masahri also stressed the need to stay away from the councils of extremist thought circles and avoid listening to their media and sheikhs.
The conclusion of the campaign was attended by the Head of the Thought and Guidance Department in the Al-Buraiqa Transitional Council, Mukhtar Abbad, and the Head of Center “5” in the Council in the District, Fawzi Musaed.
