The Executive Board of the Southern Transitional Council held its regular meeting for the month of October in the Al-Mahfad District, Abyan, this Thursday morning, headed by the Chairman of the Executive Board of the Council, Mr. Mahdi Abdullah Muqbel, and in the presence of his deputy, Brother/ Ali Ahmed Al-Rubaie

At the beginning of the meeting, the Chairman of the Council, Mr. Mahdi Moqbel, welcomed all those present, thanking them for their attendance and commitment to the specified meeting date

The interim president of Al-Mahfad stressed the need for concerted efforts and strengthening institutional and community work, urging the members of the executive body to strengthen the work of the council’s departments and to work together in addressing the concerns and aspirations of the people of the directorate, both from the standpoint of his work and responsibility in the directorate

The regular meeting stopped at the reading of the previous minutes, and some developments in the Directorate, such as the recent distribution of relief aid by the Agriculture Office and organizations supporting livestock breeders, and joint coordination with the local authority, as well as discussing some topics related to the work of the departments of the Directorate Council

During a series of extensive discussions, the attendees came out by approving the previous minutes, taking notes on it, and emphasizing accuracy in preparing data for all departments of the Commission, stressing the completion of the lists of martyrs and wounded and submitting them to the governorate, and restricting the data of those who have not yet complied, and submitting them before the next Ramadan.

The Executive Board approved the transfer of Al-Mahfad to request a copy of the lists of livestock breeders to review it and to sit with the Director of the Directorate’s Agriculture Office to discuss it.

The executive body stressed in its meeting the necessity of joint coordination with the local authority in managing the directorate 

The Executive Board concluded its meeting by praising the people of Al-Mahfad for their active participation  in making the 60th anniversary of the glorious October 14th Revolution a success in the Directorate
