The sources explained that through this network, a number of Houthi leaders, including those from outside the governorate, began to benefit from a large number of endowment apartments and shops and to receive their financial returns for their personal benefit, in addition to a number of lands that were robbed.
She pointed out that some of these leaders seized apartments for the endowments and turned them into their ownership, while receiving the revenues from other apartments and shops for their own interests.
