The Minister of State and Governor of Aden, Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, today launched the “Green Schools” initiative at Uqba bin Nafi’ School in Sira District, under the slogan “Together to enhance environmental awareness among the future generation.” The initiative, which is implemented by the Credit Bank in cooperation with the Office of Education and the Cleaning and Improvement Fund, aims to increase green spaces in schools.

Lamlas and the Acting Chairman of the Executive Board of Directors of CAC Bank, Hashid Al-Hamdani, participated in planting tree seedlings in the school courtyard. Lamlas stressed the importance of instilling the values ​​of preserving the environment among students, noting that the initiative enhances environmental awareness and contributes to improving the environment and reducing pollution.
