An activist in the Houthi militia threatened to commit suicide and kill himself and his six children in the coming hours, due to his psychological and living situation as a result of his neglect by the group’s leaders who used him over the past years.

The activist in the Houthi militia, Lotf Al-Fattahi, published a video clip in which he said that he would commit suicide and kill his children with him in the coming hours, if the Houthi group did not pay attention to his need, which treated him with racism and insult and did not give him his rights.

He said that he would commit this crime in a live broadcast via his account on the X platform, after a series of videos that he published complaining about his difficult living condition.

In recent days and weeks, the Houthi activist published a series of clips and publications complaining about the militias’ treatment of him with racism and discrimination, describing himself as a “scumbag” and not being treated fairly or given his rights despite his work for the militias on social media sites.
