The United Nations expresses its concern about the situation in Yemen and approves a draft resolution to support human rights

In a positive step to support human rights in Yemen, the United Nations Human Rights Council approved a draft resolution aimed at providing technical assistance and capacity building in this field.
This decision comes in light of the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Yemen and the increasing reports of serious violations of international human rights law.
