Al-Mokha.. The death sentence for the child’s killer, “Mohamed Haitham,” after a hasty trial

The Mokha Court of First Instance in Taiz Governorate issued a death sentence against the accused of raping and killing the four-year-old child, Muhammad Haitham Maklafat, after the second trial session.
The president of the court, Judge Khalil Al-Taj, said that the issuance of the ruling comes after the defendant, Muhammad Ghanem Fateini, was convicted of committing the crime that shook public opinion.
The court granted the right to appeal within the legal period of fifteen days starting from the date of pronouncement of the ruling.
