The Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Mohsen Al-Daari, today, Wednesday, witnessed a military parade by students of the Military College in the capital, Aden, on the occasion of the 61st anniversary of the glorious October 14 Revolution.
In his speech, in the presence of the Deputy Chief of the General Staff, Major General Ahmed Al-Basr and the Assistant Minister of Defense, Major General Saleh Hassan, Lieutenant General Al-Daari conveyed the congratulations and blessings of the political leadership, represented by the Chairman of the Presidential Command Council, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, His Excellency Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, and the members of the Council on this great national occasion.< /p>
The Minister of Defense praised the discipline, readiness and high fitness enjoyed by the college’s members, stressing that the armed forces depend greatly on the younger generations being prepared in military colleges and institutes, stressing more physical training, scientific and cognitive qualification, and adherence to military rules and regulations to achieve a high level. Of efficiency and readiness.
Lieutenant General Al-Daari referred to the huge sacrifices made by the armed forces to defend the nation’s sovereignty, security and stability and confront the Houthi priestly militia, recalling the sacrifices and struggle of the liberation heroes who led the October 14 Revolution until achieving independence on November 30.
The Minister of Defense stressed that the military institution will remain the nation’s safety valve and the protector of its sovereignty and stability at various times and stages.
