The Aden capital police were able to arrest the 40-year-old (R.D.A.N.), on charges of defrauding the 60-year-old (A.A.N.A.).

The seizure came after a report was submitted by the victim, who reported that he had been defrauded by the accused after he had tricked him into selling a Volvo locomotive head imported from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The victim stated that he transferred an amount of 500 thousand Saudi riyals to the accused for the purpose of completing the transaction to purchase the locomotive, but the accused did not deliver the locomotive as promised, but rather used the amount for his personal purposes.

Based on the evidence provided, the accused was arrested and placed in custody to complete the necessary legal procedures.
