The Supreme Judicial Council held its regular meeting today in the capital, Aden, headed by His Eminence Judge Mohsen Yahya Talib, President of the Council.
The Council approved the transfer of Judge Abdullah Muhammad Saleh Al-Masra’i to work as a reserve member in the Court of Appeal. Marib, and Judge Youssef Muhammad Rizq Allah Bashbib was appointed as President of the Shihn Court of First Instance in addition to his previous work, and Judge Murad Abdul Qadir Muhammad Al-Azani was transferred to work as a member of the General Directorate of Prosecutions in the Office of the Public Prosecutor.
The Council approved permission to investigate a member of the Public Prosecution based on the request submitted by the Public Prosecutor, and referred two judges to the Accounting Council in disciplinary cases filed by the Judicial Inspection Authority.
The Supreme Judicial Council also referred a number of grievances submitted to it to the committee formed for that purpose, urging the committee to quickly decide on them and submit them to the Council.
The Council had discussed a number of topics on its agenda, taken appropriate measures regarding them, and approved its previous minutes.
