The official spokesman for the Public Prosecution, Judge Anis Jamaan, said that the South Aden Appeals Prosecution sent today, Sunday, to the Sira First Instance Court, the criminal case file No. CJ 37 of 2023 AD, the Khormaksar First Instance Prosecution.

Which took place in Khormaksar District, Aden Governorate, on 10/23/2023 AD, in which Tariq Saleh Saeed Ahmed is accused of attempting to kill the victim, Saja Muhammad Ahmed Ayyash, by directing several stab wounds with a sharp object, a dagger, in various parts of her body with the intention of killing.

Jamaan indicated that the victim’s condition is stable, and she is currently hospitalized in Doctors Without Borders Hospital in Aden.
