The World Food Program announced that it has received a new Saudi grant to support its life-saving operations in Yemen over the next year.
On Saturday, the World Food Representative and the Saudi program supervisor signed the contribution agreement to support Yemen with $25 million.
The World Food Program explained that $15 million will be allocated to support emergency food aid, while the remainder will support resilience projects.
The World Food stressed the importance of the support provided by the King Salman Center, which is necessary for the continuation of its work.
