The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Mohsen Yahya Talib, the Public Prosecutor, Judge Qaher Mustafa, and the Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Mohsen Al-Daari, made an inspection visit to the Court and Prosecution Office of the Fourth Military District in the capital, Aden, to review the progress of judicial work and ensure the smooth flow of litigation procedures.< /p>

During the visit, the President of the Council, the Attorney General and the Minister of Defense stressed the importance of coordination between the judiciary and the Ministry of Defense to ensure the integrity of procedures and impose the prestige of the law, stressing the need to facilitate judicial procedures in a way that serves the public interest and enhances the role of the judiciary in maintaining security and stability.

The President of the Supreme Judicial Council indicated that this visit comes within the framework of the Council’s keenness to follow up the work of the military judiciary in all military areas.

For his part, the Minister of Defense praised the efforts made by the judiciary to enhance security and stability in the country, stressing that continuous coordination between the Ministry of Defense and the judiciary is a vital step to strengthen the rule of law, and that the Ministry is ready to provide all forms of logistical and technical support that the military judiciary needs.
