The Public Prosecution announced the transfer of the case file of the girl Saja Ayyash, who was subjected to an attempted stabbing murder by a man in his thirties in the city of Aden about two weeks ago, to the Sira Court of First Instance to look into the case that shook local public opinion.
The Public Prosecution spokesman said General Judge Anis Saleh Juman said that the South Aden Appeals Prosecution charged the perpetrator with attempted murder of the victim by directing several stab wounds with a sharp object, a dagger, in various parts of her body with the intention of killing.
According to the prosecution, the victim’s condition is stable, and she is currently lying in a doctors’ hospital. Without limits.
On October 23, the twenty-year-old girl suffered various injuries to her body, as a result of being attacked with several stab wounds inflicted on her by a young man in mysterious circumstances after he blocked her way to the College of Arts in the Khor Maksar district, east of the city of Aden.
Eyewitnesses said, at the time, that a passerby stabbed the girl several times in front of the Amin Nasher Institute for Health Sciences, which led to her being injured in the back, right hand, and leg.
The security services were able to arrest the perpetrator and took him into custody to take the necessary legal measures against him. .
