The employees of the Abyan Agricultural Research Station entered their fifth month without receiving their salaries, causing great suffering to them and their families.

Employees indicated that salaries were late for months, and that the station’s management contacted the Ministry of Agriculture to no avail. They said that their financial situation had become very difficult, and that they were unable to meet their families' basic needs.

They explained that delayed salaries affected their morale and negatively affected their performance at work. They said they are determined to continue demanding their rights until they receive their deserved salaries.

The employees appealed to the relevant authorities to intervene urgently to end their suffering and find a quick solution to the problem of delayed salaries. They said that they feel frustrated and see that their rights are being violated.
