Mansoura police arrested a suspect involved in the crime of burning the Nibras printing press, in which 5 people working in the printing press died as a result of the fire on August 30 | 2024 AD, in Al-Mansoura District, in the capital, Aden.
The director of the Mansoura Police Department, Colonel Hussein Saleh, said that the police forces arrested the accused (W. A. A.), 42 years old, who was accused of burning the Nibras printing press, in which 5 printing press workers were killed in the fire on August 30, 2024 AD in the Mansoura District in Aden.
He indicated that the accused, during his interrogation, admitted that he had burned the printing press by setting fire to the damaged papers in the printing press, and he opened one of the gas tanks, which caused the fire to catch fire. The accused accused of burning a hangar full of papers and flammable materials, and at the end of the hangar was a room that was used as a residence for workers.
The Mansoura Police Director confirmed that they will transfer the case file and the accused to the prosecution to complete the investigation, take the necessary measures, and hold him accountable in accordance with the law and order.
