The capital, Zanzibar, in Abyan Governorate, is witnessing a stifling crisis as a result of a complete power outage from it and all its cities, since dawn yesterday, Monday. The reason for this outage is due to the exhaustion of the quantities of fuel allocated to the electricity generation stations in the governorate.
The power outage has led to complete paralysis and disruption of the daily lives of citizens who depend on electricity to meet their basic needs.
