The National Center of Meteorology in Yemen expected, on Tuesday, scattered rain on the Socotra Archipelago, the eastern Gulf of Aden, parts of the Tihama Plain, and the western coasts, and light to moderate rain on parts of the southern and eastern coasts, and moderate winds, active in the eastern Gulf of Aden, the southern Red Sea, and the entrance to Bab. Al-Mandab.
He indicated a clear to partly cloudy and relatively cool atmosphere during the night and early morning, and partly cloudy to cloudy during the day with scattered rain falling, accompanied by thunder at times, in parts of (Saada, Hajjah, Al Mahwit, Raymah, Ibb, Taiz and the Tihama Heights).
p>Light to moderate rain was also expected in parts of the governorates of (Sanaa, Dhamar, Al-Dhale’, Lahj, Abyan and Shabwa), with the possibility of fog and water dust forming on the mountain highlands of the governorates of (Lahj, Taiz, Ibb, Dhamar, Raymah, Al-Mahwit and Hajjah). .
He pointed out that the weather is clear and tends to be relatively cold during the night and early morning, and clear to partly cloudy during the day, with moderate-speed winds that are active at times, stirring up dust and sand.
He warned citizens against being in the depths of valleys and flood streams during and after rainfall. He also warned vehicle drivers of low horizontal visibility on roads and mountain slopes due to rain or fog and low clouds.
He warned citizens, especially children, the elderly, and workers during the night and early morning hours in the aforementioned areas, to take the necessary precautions against the relatively cold weather
