During the visit, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed reviewed “the health condition of Tariq Saleh, wishing him a speedy recovery from the injury he suffered as a result of a traffic accident on the West Coast.” According to the National Resistance Media.
The National Resistance media said that Tariq Saleh “expressed his thanks and appreciation for the generous gesture of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, praising the continued Emirati role alongside the Yemeni people.”
MP Tariq Saleh suffered a fracture in his shoulder, and one of his companions suffered a fracture in his hand, and a driver and his family were injured after their vehicle collided with three cars from the convoy.
The accident occurred on the public road between the districts of Al-Khawkha in Hodeidah Governorate, and Al-Mokha in Taiz Governorate, during the return of the Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council from visiting the Hodeidah districts and attending the event of the expanded meeting of their leaders and notables, before noon on Sunday.
Before leaving Yemen for the Emirates, the Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Command Council and all the injured were transferred to the hospitals of Al-Mokha, the 2nd of December and the Saudi Hospital, and they underwent medical examinations, then some of them were transferred to Aden hospitals, while Tariq Saleh was transferred to his command headquarters, to arrange surgery for him. .
