The initiative to raise the capabilities of male and female teachers in academic subjects was launched today, Wednesday, which is implemented by the Naseej Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Work, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Local Council of the Radfan District, Mr. Saleh Aqeel Mohsen, the Director of the Education Office in the District, Dr. Adel Qasim Al-Bakri, and the President of the Foundation, Dr. Hafez Qasim Al-Qutaybi.
The inauguration ceremony was held at Al-Samoud School for Basic and Secondary Education (girls’ morning session) in the city of Al-Habilain. In its first phase, the initiative targets two schools in the district. The initiative aims to enhance teachers’ scientific capabilities and improve their skills, which contributes to raising the level of academic achievement for male and female students.
In a statement, the Secretary General of the Local Council expressed his thanks to the Naseej Foundation for its efforts in serving the community, praising the effective role of the Foundation in improving the educational process. He stressed the importance of teachers benefiting from these initiatives that provide new knowledge and skills to improve the quality of education.
For his part, the Director of the Education Office confirmed their readiness to facilitate the tasks of the institution’s team, in order to ensure the success of this important initiative, which is in the interest of the educational process in the directorate.
The inauguration was attended by a number of educational figures, including Mr. Adel Saleh Hussein, Director of Public Education at the Office of Education, Ms. Ikhlas Salam Ahmed, Director of Al-Samoud School for the morning period, and Ms. Wafa Al-Huraibi, Director of Al-Samoud School for Secondary Education for Girls.
