A delegation from the Independent Southern Anti-Corruption Commission met with the Attorney General, His Eminence Judge Qahir Mustafa, this Sunday morning, in his office at the Public Prosecution headquarters.
In the meeting, His Eminence the Attorney General gave a brief explanation of what the Public Prosecution is suffering in light of the conditions our country is suffering from.
When the Public Prosecutor was asked about the electricity corruption file that the Southern Commission had submitted earlier, the Public Prosecutor indicated that the file had been referred to the Oversight and Accounting Agency, which in turn prepared a report and sent it to the Public Prosecution, and the Public Prosecutor referred the report to the Anti-Corruption Division in the Public Prosecution. After that, the head of the Independent Southern Anti-Corruption Commission, Brigadier General Abdul Rahman Ali Yahya, presented a file containing several issues about the School Book Foundation and who is behind the attempts to disrupt and destroy this institution.
