Local sources reported today, Wednesday, that five Yemeni fishermen were killed and six others were missing off the coast of the city of Hodeidah, western Yemen, after a fishing boat capsized 21 nautical miles off the fishing port.
Local teams began searching for the fishermen, where they found the bodies of five fishermen: Salem Ayesh, Muhammad Ali, Yahya Ali, Essam Ahmed, and his brother Muhammad Ahmed, while the search is still ongoing for the other six who went missing in the incident.
The sources reported that the Houthi terrorist militia ignored the drowning of the fishermen and did not provide any efforts to rescue them or help their families search for their bodies, which sparked great dissatisfaction among the local population.
