A week after the Minister of State and Governor of the capital, Aden, Ahmed Hamid, inaugurated the work on the Great Aden Park project in partnership with Al-Bairaq Real Estate Investment Company, the work teams succeeded in removing 95% of the dust, tree and stone waste that had been flooding the neglected park for years.
The General Manager of Al-Bairaq Real Estate Investment Company, Abdullah Al-Haddad, confirmed that the teams had removed large quantities of waste, exceeding 90%, praising the responsible authorities who contributed to facilitating the teams’ work.
Al-Haddad indicated that the next step will focus on surveying and planning, as the teams will begin building the basic features to implement the technical plan drawn up for the park, which includes sports fields, various games, and snow rinks, in addition to an artificial lake, green spaces, swimming pools, restaurants, and many entertainment facilities. .
The park's area is estimated at approximately 218,946 square metres, and its location is distinguished by the fact that it connects many directorates of the capital, Aden, making it an important attraction for residents and visitors, and it is considered the largest and most modern entertainment project in the capital, Aden.
