The operations of the First Military District reported on Friday evening the escape of soldier Muhammad Saleh Hassan Al-Arousi, who is accused of killing two Saudi soldiers and wounding three others at the headquarters of the First Military District in the city of Sayun, Hadhramaut Governorate. 

According to the sources, the incident was reported as a result of gunfire from Al-Arousi, who is one of the escorts of a senior officer in the “135th” Brigade, led by Major General Yahya Abu Awja.

The incident sparked a wave of tension and tension in the region, prompting the authorities to take urgent measures.

In a related context, the military command issued a report to the main command and control center of the Ministry of Defense, asking all security outlets and points to cooperate in searching for and arresting the escaped soldier.
