The Houthis announce the targeting of an Israeli military base with a hypersonic missile

The Houthi group announced yesterday, Friday, the implementation of a qualitative military operation targeting the "Nevatim" air base in the Negev region, southern occupied Palestine.
A Houthi statement explained that the operation was carried out with a hypersonic ballistic missile, "Palestine 2." The statement also said that the air defenses succeeded in “shooting down an American aircraft (MQ-9) while it was carrying out hostile missions in the airspace of Al-Jawf Governorate at dawn today.” The statement indicated that the air defenses “succeeded in shooting down 12 American MQ-9 aircraft.”
On the other hand, the Israeli occupation army announced, yesterday morning, Friday, that it had intercepted a missile fired from Yemen into the southern region, after sirens sounded. Sirens sounded at dawn on Friday in the Dead Sea region and north of Eilat. The army said in a statement: “Regarding the warnings in the Dead Sea region and northern Eilat, the talk is about the interception of a single missile launched from Yemen.”
