Imkan Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response, with support from the German Friedrich-Ebert Foundation, launched a workshop for judicial officers in Lahj Governorate, with the participation of 20 officers of the Lahj Governorate Security Department, as well as neighborhood headmen, and social figures in the Al-Hawtah and Tuban districts.
The workshop aims to develop conflict resolution skills and enhance the personal and professional capabilities of the participants. The workshop, which lasts for several days, aims to raise the participants’ skills in social interaction and conflict management in humane ways.
The training sessions include enhancing the ability to direct teams, analyze situations in depth, and apply critical thinking skills to reach balanced and appropriate solutions to conflicts.
This activity comes within the framework of the efforts of the Emkan Foundation for Development to enhance the capabilities of cadres working in the field of judicial control and enable them to deal effectively with various humanitarian challenges, thus contributing to improving the quality of field work and consolidating the foundations of community justice.
