The Specialized Criminal Court of Hadramaut Governorate issued the ruling in its public session today, which was held under the chairmanship of Judge Fahd Muhammad Musa Al-Yazidi, and in the presence of the member of the Public Prosecution, Judge Ghanem Al-Bahsani, and the Secretary, Mr. Majid Muhammad Al-Alwani
Her ruling in the serious criminal case No. (27) of 1445 AH, registered with the Criminal Prosecution No. (78) J.J. of 2021 AD regarding the charge of participating in an armed gang, and the ruling ruled:
First: The defendants, the first defendant, Ahmed Nasser Talib Qarda, the third defendant, Nasser Abdel Salam Hawalin, the fourth defendant, Gil Saleh Bajil, and the fifth defendant, Alawi Massawy, were convicted of what was attributed to them in the indictment.
Second: Punishing those convicted with the death penalty by firing squad until they die.
Third: Charge the convicts with the expenses and litigation fees of seven million Yemeni riyals.
Fourth: Rejecting lawsuits for retaliation and lawsuits for personal and civil rights.
Fifth: Referring the papers to the specialized criminal prosecution to investigate other facts and defendants not included in the case and dispose of them in accordance with the law.

Seventh: The second accused, Nasser Muhammad Saleh Atef, was acquitted of what was charged against him in the indictment due to insufficient evidence.
Eighth: Confiscation of seized items seized in connection with the case.
The court also issued its preliminary ruling in Criminal Case No. (77) of 1445 AH, registered with the Criminal Prosecution in Hadramaut Governorate, No. (150) of 2022 AD, CJ, regarding the charge of interruption, the text of which ruled as follows:
First: Convicting the defendants: the first defendant, Saddam Mubarak Nasser Al-Barasi, the second defendant, Muhammad Abdullah Abd Rabbuh Hamamah Al-Barasi, the third defendant, Ibrahim Hamad Hanash Al-Barasi, the fourth defendant, Abd Rabbuh Salem Hanash Al-Barasi, the fifth defendant, Muhammad Ahmed Jariba Al-Sharif, the sixth defendant, Saleh Tariq Jariba Al-Sharif, and the seventh defendant, Saleh Ahmed Jariba Al-Sharif. The eighth accused, Alyan Al-Hassan Awad Al-Shuraimi Al-Sharif, with what was attributed to them in the indictment in accordance with the amendments to the reasons.
Second: Punishing the convicts, the third convict, the fourth convict, the fifth convict, the sixth convict, the seventh convict, and the eighth convict, with imprisonment for a period of ten years starting from the date of their arrest, and punishing the second convict with imprisonment for a period of five years starting from the date of his arrest, and punishing the first convict by limiting himself to the period he spent in pretrial detention. .
Third: Confiscation of seized items seized in connection with the case and used in the crime for the benefit of the public treasury.
Fourth: Loss of the right to waiver.
