In a new escalation of hostilities in Yemen, fighters from the international coalition led by the United States and Britain, today, Tuesday, launched a series of air strikes on sites of the terrorist Houthi militia and Al-Qaeda in Al-Bayda Governorate.
Local sources confirmed that three raids targeted Houthi sites in the districts of Dhi Na'im and Al-Sawmah, targeting missile launch sites at Al-Malaha, weapons stores, and military vehicles.
For its part, the Houthi terrorist militia acknowledged, a short while ago, that American aircraft bombed its positions in Al-Bayda Governorate with three raids.
Security sources also reported that one of the raids targeted a civilian car carrying a prominent Al-Qaeda leader on Al-Arwain Road in Al-Sawmaa District, killing him, and his identity has not been determined yet.
American-British warplanes targeted, at dawn today, three raids on the Al-Faza area in the Al-Tuhayta District, south of Al-Hudaydah Governorate.
