The Southern Military Police continues to intensify its security campaigns in the capital’s districts, with the aim of enhancing security and stability and combating the phenomenon of carrying unlicensed weapons, in addition to limiting the movement of military vehicles and military uniforms in public places and markets. These efforts come as part of an integrated strategy to impose order and enhance security. And societal stability.

As part of these campaigns, the police today carried out a large security operation in Dar Saad District, specifically in Al-Karaa Market, where the operation included raids and careful inspections that resulted in the arrest of a number of violators who were carrying weapons without legal licenses.

 The Southern Military Police also succeeded in confiscating a number of weapons, including various firearms, which were transferred to the competent authorities to complete legal procedures against the violators.

The Southern Military Police confirms that its security campaigns will continue in the various directorates of the capital as part of a comprehensive security plan aimed at confronting all manifestations of carrying unlicensed weapons and activities that threaten public safety.

 The police called on citizens to cooperate with it in its security efforts by reporting any cases of carrying unlicensed weapons or armed demonstrations that conflict with applicable laws.
