The head of the executive body of the local leadership of the Southern Transitional Council in Lahj Governorate, Waddah Al-Halmi, met today, Wednesday, with the Director of Security of the Tuban District, Captain Abdul Karim Al-Hushbi, and the Deputy Director of the Communications Corporation in the Governorate, Amal Anboul.
During his meeting with Al-Hushbi, Al-Halmi stressed the keenness and interest of the Transitional Council leadership to stabilize the security situation, pointing to the necessity of joint practical coordination with all sectors and security agencies across the directorate and the governorate.
For his part, Al-Hushbi explained that the Tuban Security Administration is doing everything it can to maintain security and stability despite the difficult capabilities and circumstances, stressing the importance of joint support and coordination with the Transitional Council to overcome difficulties and assist in the security aspects.
In a related context, the interim CEO of Lahj addressed the most prominent difficulties facing the telecommunications corporation in the governorate, stressing the need to make more efforts to advance the corporation’s work, improve the performance of communications services for citizens, and raise its pace.
During the visit, Al-Halmi heard from the Deputy Director of the Telecommunications Corporation, a brief explanation of the organization’s activity, the nature of its work, and the difficulties that prevent it from carrying out its duties to the fullest extent.
