A young man in his twenties was accidentally killed while filming a shooting scene in an area of ​​the countryside of Ibb Governorate, central Yemen, as the empty bullet turned into a live bullet.

Local sources said that the young man, Bashar Abdul Rahman Al-Idrissi, was killed by his friend, while they were filming skits to publish on their channel on social media.

The killing incident coincided with the filming of one of the episodes of the series “Sheikh Battash Village,” which is broadcast by the “Al-Battash” channel on the YouTube platform, according to what was reported by the “Yemen Future” media platform.

The fun atmosphere of filming turned into shock, when the theatrical murder scene became a tragic reality in front of everyone's eyes due to the presence of a live bullet inside the weapon without being discovered.

The sources reported that the perpetrator surrendered himself to the victim’s family immediately after the incident, so the victim’s family took the initiative to pardon him, after realizing that what happened was unintentional.
