The General Organization for Roads and Bridges in Al-Mahra Governorate continues its efforts to improve the road network in the governorate, as it launched the second campaign to remove the seaspan trees on the Al-Ghaydah-Tunnels International Road.
The campaign, which is being implemented with funding from the local authority and under the directives of Muhammad Ali Yasser, Governor of Al-Mahra Governorate, aims to enhance traffic safety by removing trees that constitute an obstacle on the road, especially at dangerous turns and valley paths.
This step comes as a continuation of the first phase of the campaign, which focused on cleaning most of the streets of the internal city of Al Ghaydah. The second phase seeks to expand efforts by removing trees obstructing the view on international roads, as part of an integrated plan to improve the infrastructure in the governorate and provide a safe environment for road users. In addition to improving the general appearance of the road.
