Armed clashes broke out late yesterday evening between the Bani Nouf tribes and the terrorist Houthi militia in Al-Jawf Governorate.

Local sources said that armed clashes broke out late yesterday evening, between the Bani Nouf tribes and the Houthi militia at a checkpoint near the strategic Labnat camp, east of Al-Hazm, the center of Al-Jawf Governorate.

The sources added that the clashes broke out after militia members at the checkpoint killed a member of the tribe called “Jaber Hamad Jarim Al-Noufi.”

It is noteworthy that the Houthi militia has, for years, been liquidating citizens from tribes opposing it at checkpoints, as part of widespread violations committed by the militia against the people of the governorate in areas under its control.
