The Specialized Criminal Court of First Instance in Hadramaut Governorate issued a number of preliminary rulings yesterday, Wednesday:

The accused was convicted of what was attributed to him in the indictment on drug charges, which is:
1- (Y - M - S - B)

First: Convicting the accused of what is charged against him in the indictment.

Second: Punish the convict with imprisonment for a period of five years starting from the date of his arrest.

Third: Confiscation of seized drugs and means of transportation and destruction of the drug through the prosecution and with its knowledge.

Fourth: Accepting the intervention request in form and rejecting it in substance.

Fifth: The reasons for this ruling are an integral part of what was said.

The court also issued a number of acquittal rulings.
