A citizen was killed and two other people were injured, as a result of the explosion of two mines in Hodeidah, according to the government’s governorate information office.
The office reported that citizen Saleh Mujmal (44 years old) was killed by a mine explosion in the east of the 7th of July neighborhood, northeast of Al-Hali District.
Majmal had been forcibly displaced by the Houthi militias along with his family of five members from his home in the city of Manzhar, according to the source.
In a separate incident, two citizens, Ahmed Saif, 30 years old, and Abdul Rahman Badi, 23 years old, were seriously injured as a result of the explosion of a Houthi mine camouflaged as a pipe, which resulted in them being injured by shrapnel in the face, chest, and shoulders, and losing their sight.
